Welcome to Meachat.We understand that privacy online is important. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to users of the Site ("Visitors") and those who register ("Authorized Customers").

Our application integrates with Google Workspace APIs. We confirm that any user data obtained through these APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features. We do not use this data to train generalized AI models. Our use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We use PII to customize the Site, make service offerings, and fulfill requests. We may email Visitors about opportunities or information related to the Site.

We may share aggregated information about our Visitors with third party vendors. PII about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers for potential transactions.

PII collected by Meachat is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of Meachat except for use as indicated above.

We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and for security purposes.

All our employees are familiar with our security policy. PII is accessible only to qualified employees. We audit our security systems regularly.

Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update or correct PII by emailing us.

We provide a mechanism to delete/deactivate PII from the Site's database by contacting us. Some residual information may remain due to backups.
